Tiros Libres: In Your Blood
By: Christian | September 5th, 2007I’m out of the country for a quick weekend in Mexico for a “friend’s” wedding, friend in quotes because his damn wedded bliss will unfortunately get in the way of this Sunday’s must win game against Vélez, on FSC, 3PM ET. So I’ll try to get a copy of the game sometime on Monday and write a post then. Remember, River are currently in 6th with 9 points, and a win will keep us in the hunt for a title. Independiente and Boca have a relatively easy time of it this weekend, so River will need to get it done at the Monumental.
In the meantime, check out this hilarious short from Argentina called “Lo Llevo En La Sangre” (It’s In My Blood). I caught this about 2 years ago in Buenos Aires, and thanks to You Tube, it’s now online, with English subtitles. If you haven’t already seen it, it’s brilliant.
