The “second” match on Sunday is not carried by Fox Sports.
I listen to Radio Mitre too. It’s fantastic!!!
The fast and dramatic talking is a trade-mark for argies, like mate and tango.
The “relator” Víctor Hugo Morales (born in Uruguay) is a total genius and a living legend.
But the fast talking was originally created back in the sixties by José María Muñoz and his partner Fioravanti.
Muñoz was the first one to do it but many say Morales is the very best.

Maybe it’s different on the West Coast…sorry to hear you couldn’t watch it. But yeah, Radio Mitre is awesome, eevn if they do talk a million miles a minute.

I live in Los Angeles. I always try to catch the matches on Mitre. The internet is awesome. I also believe that Radio Rivadavia broadcasts some Argentine Primera matches as well as some National team stuff.

Thanks, I wish they showed one every sunday, but it’s good to know that once in a while there’s a chance they show some game from Arg.

I’m not sure. Last year they showed the Tigre-River match, and I believe they showed a San Lorenzo game earlier this season. They tend to show a wide variety of leagues without any sort of consistency, from Dutch to Italian, and often on delay. Basically, I wouldn’t count on it, but I’ll report any matches they do.
