Copa Sudamericana 2nd Leg: River Plate 0 - 0 Defensor Sporting
By: Christian | October 30th, 2007River Plate advanced to the semifinals of the Copa Sudamericana tonight after drawing 0-0 to Uruguayan side Defensor Sporting, with los millonarios winning the series on away goals after drawing the first leg 2-2 last week. Their next opponent will be local Primera rivals Arsenal de Sarandí, a team we lost 2-1 earlier this season.
Look for a complete review of the game tomorrow. Don’t expect to see many highlights, though.
